All Trials/Final Hearings are held in accordance with the Rules of Trial Procedure and the Rules of Evidence.
Counsel shall direct all arguments and comments to the Court and never to each other.
Do not approach a witness without first seeking permission, once granted permission does not have to be requested again for the same witness.
Do not approach the bench without first obtaining permission.
The Court employs an audio recording system for all hearings. Accordingly, only one person may speak at a time.
All Exhibits shall be pre-marked for identification purposes.
All Exhibits tendered for admission must be tendered to the Court Reporter.
Objections are to be clearly stated in open court as objections.
Grounds for an objection should be stated briefly, as should any response requested by the Court.
