Services:
- Issue building permits and conduct inspections.
- Issue Certificates of Occupancy.
- Enforcement of Unincorporated Lake County Zoning Ordinances.
- Zone changes, subdivision approvals, change of use permits, special exceptions and variances.
- Enforcement of Subdivision Ordinance Regulations.
- Enforcement of Contractor's Licensing Ordinance (test and license contractors).
- Investigates all zoning ordinance violations.
- Handles contractor, building and zoning complaints in unincorporated area of Lake County.
Jurisdiction authority extends to unincorporated Lake County. No jurisdiction in incorporated areas.
Meetings: Third Wednesday, monthly at Lake County Government Center.
