THRIVE Lake County is a county-wide initiative grounded in the 5-2-1-0 framework. The program builds lifelong healthy habits among children, youth, and adults throughout Lake County, Indiana.
Working under the unifying message “Together for a Healthier Lake County”, THRIVE delivers consistent, positive health messaging across all age groups and community settings.
